Marble Madness Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026

This policy describes how the Marble Madness web game and Android app at marbles.secure.build handle information.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use this information to operate races and multiplayer sessions, publish the High Rollers leaderboard, remember an imported username, count genuine installs, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve game reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising SDKs. Names and scores submitted to the leaderboard are public. Multiplayer state is shared with players in the same lobby. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the service, by GitHub or X when you initiate their sign-in flow, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

OAuth access tokens are not stored. Live lobby state expires when the session ends. The lobby cookie expires after one day and the optional username cookie after 30 days. Leaderboard entries and operational diagnostics may remain while the service operates unless removal is requested. Security records may be retained as necessary to prevent abuse or satisfy legal obligations.

There is no Marble Madness account to delete. To request removal of a leaderboard name, score, diagnostic record, or other associated data, email mac@secure.build with the player name and approximate submission date. We may ask for enough information to locate and verify the record.

Security and children

Production traffic uses HTTPS and access to stored service data is restricted. No method of storage is perfectly secure. The service is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
